Accounts Executive

Rthirteen are proudly partnering with a dynamic business in their search for an Accounts Executive, to join their team in Swaffham. Integral in the success and future proofing of the company, the focus of this role will be providing accurate accounts support.

The day to day
Approving purchase orders against a set approval limit, managing outstanding orders and tracking invoices submitted without POs.Managing negative debtors and overpayment returns in line with company policy.Preparing supplier payment returns.Managing PAYE, VAT & Corporation Tax payments.Reconciliation of company bank accounts.Posting of accruals and prepayments journals.Managing of price increase implementation. You will have/be
Proven experience in a similar role.Working knowledge of automated accounting & online banking, ideally with some Xero experience.IT literate with a strong background in Excel.Clear understanding of accounting practices/processes.Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. The benefits
Free, on–site parkingCompany eventsReferral programmeNo weekends This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is GBP23,000 – GBP25,000 dependant on experience.
