38’x12’ ABI StDavid (2011). Sited on HAVEN Cardigan View Caravan Park with direct access (5 min walk) to Blackrock Sands (dog friendly) beach. A short walk takes you to the picturesque Samson’s Bay (photo shown) and Borth-y-Gest. At Porthmadog you can enjoy the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Narrow Gauge Steam Railways and be a few minutes drive from the beautiful Italianate village of Portmeirion.
Pitched on a sunny location with views of the mountains, the caravan has a lovely deck area to the front plus extra area to the side.
Cardigan View is a beautiful owner’s only site with a children’s play area, free Wi-Fi, laundrette, small indoor pool (with lifeguard), gym, sauna and a jet ski / dingy park. As a part of the Haven Group, owners get full free use of the extensive facilities at the neighbouring Greenacres premier site. (Pool, splash zone, Mini golf, climbing wall, live entertainment, amusement arcade, restaurant, shop etc).
As an “owner’s only” site you are safe in the knowledge that you will be amongst other owners with your quiet enjoyment at heart.
The site is open 46 weeks per year and the annual site fees for 2023 are £6505 + non domestic rates £180, water and sewage charges of £327. There is a barrier entry system and on-site security.
There is no age limit on caravans on site, new owner would get a new rolling agreement with Haven.
The (smoke free) caravan has a new sofa (2023) and new dining table and chairs. Kitchen has gas hob/oven, cooker hood, microwave and fridge freezer. Three bedrooms; one double with en suite and two twin rooms plus a family bathroom with shower.
The lounge area has double doors to the front deck, flame effect electric fire, Sony TV plus DVD player. Double glazing, domestic central heating (fully serviced) up to date gas / electric safety checks and a intruder alarm.
Although the site is “owner only” you are fully entitled to allow friends and family use.
Willing to offer at reduced price as an “off site” sale if preferred.
There is parking for two cars, two sheds for bike storage etc and an outside tap.
Morfa Bychan has a convenience store, fish & chip shop and golf course with all the amenities and attractions of Porthmadog only 5 minutes away by car.
