40th birthday balloons for free

Hello,
I was 40 recently and would like someone else to make use of my three balloons rather than watching them sadly deflate over time!
As in the photos, these are a 4 and a 0 in gold, inflated with air, and a balloon-inside-a-balloon, inflated with Helium, which is still buoyant, just about.
The es with two streamers of gold stars, and the other balloon has a weight on the bottom to anchor it.
If you or someone you know is turning 40 and you'd like to celebrate with these, please let me know and they're yours for free.
I live in Llanishen, North Cardiff, where I'm available during some evenings to hand them over.
