This is a 2.5 Highway Star in silver with the very economical 2.5 engine. The car has covered 52K miles. The third generation Nissan Elgrand, dubbed the E52 was released in August 2010. It differed from the E51 in several ways: The 2-wheel drive cars were now front wheel drive rather than rear wheel drive, though 4-wheel drive cars were still available. Fuel consumption was improved in both 2.5 and 3.5 variants, despite an increase in power in the 3.5 from 240BHP to 280BHP (300 BHP for the High-Performance Spec Model). The 2.5 V6 engine was swapped for a 2.5 four cylinder which again proved to help fuel efficiency. Nissan lowered the roofline of the newer car while simultaneously lowering the floor to keep a high level of interior space. A handy secret compartment is hidden under the boot floor to keep valuables away from prying eyes and the third row of seats now fold flat rather than up towards the windows.
