Description
A rare, organically shaped glass lamp of a special kind. It looks like gold leaf.
The glass case is COMPLETELY shaped like a ball made of glass including the stand.
(So there is no extra housing and extra screen!) You can see it best in the last photo.
In the bottom area there are 3 recesses on the edges in the organic glass body, so that the cable can always be conveniently inserted and the lamp stands well. The stand areas are shaped. Similar to a sculpture.
It is somewhat reminiscent of the German designer Luigi Colani.
The glass is satined and in places in 2 colors:
When the lamp is switched off, the glass surface looks like a dark GOLD-BROWN, almost like the French Daum Nancy lamps ... from the decor something like fine vintage leather ...
When it is switched on, it makes its appearance, then it glows from copper to orange-yellow.
And conjures up fantastic light effects. (See photo)
A highlight as light and decoration, especially in autumn.
It is a lot nicer than documented in the photos.
It is suitable as indirect lighting on a chest of drawers, a side table or on a shelf. It also fortable on the window sill and does not take up so much space due to its standing dimensions.
The glass feels very soft due to the satined glass.
The lamp is in good condition, no chips or damage.
Small signs of use are only found under the stand (sliding marks).
The lamp has a coated, white incandescent lamp from the manufacturer.
This also contributes to the pleasant light
It is suitable for standard light bulbs. A very long power cable with an on / off switch is integrated in the lamp under the stand (see photo)
