Rare hard to find Japanese built Fender Jaguar 1966 Reissue (JG-66) in beautiful warm three tone sunburst with the very cool vintage look and very unique sound.
Meticulously crafted in Japan to vintage ’66 specs as you'd expect. It’s a CIJ (Crafted in Japan) P-Serial which puts the build date at 1999.
It has very defined cool looking alder grain visible under the sunburst on the front and back.
It’s got all the good stuff: alder body, maple neck & wonderful looking dark rosewood fingerboard with 7.25 radius. Upgraded Fender Hot-rod Dual Rails bridge pickup (14.92k) and original neck (7.2k).
original 3-ply red tortoiseshell pickguard which works with the warm sunburst. Everything working fine, plenty of life in the frets, truss rod turning, neck straight, has a few dings around the bottom and sides.
Comes with the original Fender gig bag.
Sounds great & plays great, really nice action for a Jag with all circuits functioning perfectly.
A very high quality built Japanese beauty.
