1999 Bmw 735i unfinished project

Its done just over 500 miles since last mot and it has just run out (26th March)

I have just changed water pump and both belts
Sill has been welded (got new sill cover clips on the way its just in primer)
Brand new refurbished wheels and new ps5 tyres
New front springs fitted
Really fy interior
Runs great

Needs:
rear spring(s) - 1 is broken
driver side wing
catalysts were cut out (Found replacements for around 250 delivered)
rear boot doesn't close

few rust spots surface rust would benefit from passenger wing and bumper is needing repaired or replaced

I have too many projects which is why im selling so no swaps px etc
