A quite incredible opportunity to acquire a pristine example of the legendary Mercedes W140 with just 17,493 miles from new.
This S320 is finished in one of the most desirable colour schemes of Green Black metallic plemented by a black leather interior. It is equipped with heated, electric seats at the front, electric rear blind, electric steering column plus the usual climate control, cruise control etc.
The car has a full service prising of ten services over just 17k miles – on average just 1700 miles between services. All its original books/manuals are in the leather folder too.
Sold new in Japan, this S320 was imported to the UK in 2021 and was supplied by ourselves to its last owner. It has evidently been kept garaged when in Japan, which, combined with the kind, salt-free climate, has led to this car being preserved in the near new condition that it remain today. This is among the best 140s we have ever seen.
Since arriving in the UK it has been converted to UK number plate plinths and had the instruments converted to MPH (the original KMPH e with the car), along with a service.
The body is utterly unmarked and immaculate, along with the eight hole wheels that wear matching Bridgestone tyres all round.
The interior is incredible – the seats are still satin and there is no wear or fading present anywhere. It even smells new and all accessories work perfectly.
The underside and engine bay are similarly pristine. There underside is immaculate pletely free of corrosion.
As you might expect, this S320 drives exactly as it should – utterly refined, quiet and without fault. As this is a facelift car, it benefits from the five-speed automatic gearbox, which changes seamlessly.
This is a car which would perform well at show level, but equally it will also appeal to the person who is simply looking for the best W140 saloon that is available.
