POLISHED PIMENTO RED WITH A CONTRASTING BLACK AND TAN INTERIOR PLUS A BLACK TUFTED CARPET SET. A WELL PRESENTED, ORIGINAL ENTRY LEVEL TRIUMPH TR 3 REGISTERED ON 11 05 1956 SITTING ON KNOCK ON CHROME WIRE WHEELS. THE PAPERWORK CONTAINS APPROX. 3O PARTS INVOICES SOME OF WHICH ARE IN FRENCH PLUS 7 OLD MOT CERTIFICATES. LATE IN 1956 THE TR 3 BECAME THE FIRST BRITISH PRODUCTION CAR TO BE FITTED WITH FRONT DISC BRAKES AS STANDARD AND THE POWER WAS INCREASED TO 100 BHP DUE TO CYLINDER HEAD MODIFICATIONS EARLIER IN THE SAME YEAR. POINTS OF INTEREST WITH THIS EXAMPLE INCLUDE : FRONT DISC BRAKES, BRAKE SERVO ASSIST UNIT, SIDE SCREENS, TONNEAU COVER, WIRE WHEELS, FRONT FOG LAMPS ( NOT WIRED ) AND A HEAVY DUTY BATTERY. CORRECTLY RECORDED WITH HISTORIC TAXATION CLASS, READY TO GO WITH CLASSIC CAR INSURANCE DISCOUNT IF REQUIRED. due to people having busy life's ,, we offer a service where by , if a car is delivered and purchased unseen . then the customer is eligible to send the vehicle back with the delivery driver on his gurney back to us . on the same flat bed lorry , a refund for the car will be issued but unfortunately the transport will have to be charged for on both trips .
