1 year old female german shepard

This is Luna she is a 1 year old German Shepherd She is registred at the Kennel Club, she had got all her vactination and is microchipped, flee and tick vaccinated.
She is a sable german Shepard, she’s fully toilet trained, knows basic commands (sit,stay), very friendly towards people, children and other dogs, doesn’t like cats. She has got her full adult teeth and no longer destroys furniture and is okay staying home alone for a couple hours, she eats dry and wet food plus supplements, she enjoys natural treats.
However, she is a demanding dog and requires a house with either a farm or field or anything that provides a lot of space to run around as she gets get anxious when shes on the lead and gets agressive towards other dogs only when on the lead (however shes friendly with other dogs when off the lead) she loves playing with her toys (especially sticks and balls).
She was slightly trained but she requires full training because she is still a puppy and is very bad when walking on the lead and pulls a lot because she gets very excited when seeing new people which is why she’s bad when on the lead however when off the lead she is very well behaved and listens well and doesn’t run away.
She’s an active so she requires an active lifestyle with at least going outside 3 times a day for about 2 hours, she’s well behaved at home and sleep well through the night.
Very smart and quickly learns new commands/tricks.
Very sad to have to get rid of her but due to health reasons and I can no longer look after her.
Luna can take all her belongings with her such as toys, accessories and food when going to her new family.
