Hello, I'm looking for a new home for myself and my fully housetrained elderly kitty- who is mostly asleep and no trouble.
Ideally we'd have access to the outdoors, a small courtyard/garden area would be great. I'm into gardening if one is available.
I don't require a landlord to provide any furnishings aside from whitegoods.
I'm in my mid 40's and have rented for over 20 years, in several countries. I treat rental properties like my own home, I'm a great tenant to have.
I've rented my current property for 4.5 years but need to leave as the owner is selling it.
I can provide refs and pay additional rent in advance and/or a pet deposit.
I'm looking to pay £500 pcm or less- plus bills.
I need to be in Mt Pleasant, Brynmill, Sandfields, Uplands or nearby areas.
I'm available to pay the upfront costs/move any time from now.
